H.E.L.P PLANS A CAPACITY BUILDING PROGRAMME IN 10 CAMPUSES

As a part of our START-UP INITIATIVE, H.E.L.P sets to organize a Capacity building exercise in 10 campuses across Nigeria in the year 2018.


     The first beneficiary of this programme is UNILORIN as we are in collaboration with OTM Graphics- a foremost graphics design and animation company in Kwara State- will be holding a 2-day workshop on:
-GRAPHICS DESIGN
-3D ANIMATION
-MOTION GRAPHICS

DATE: 22nd - 23rd Of June, 2018.
VENUE: College Of Health Science, UNILORIN

WHY GRAPHICS DESIGN AND 3D ANIMATION?
1. It has low or no capital requirements (since almost all students have laptops but do not just make earnings with them)
2. It involves no physical hard labor
3. It is highly mind engaging (and that is good for students)
4. It is very lucrative.

We urge all interested students of Better by far University and its environs not to miss this opportunity for self-sustenance and always remember to START-UP their dreams.

               MEET ENITAN OSITELU       She is a final year student of computer science in the Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye, Ogun State. She is a fashion designer and a model. Enitan started fashion designing in her second year out of a great hobby of arts and fashion which now is a foremost fashion art in Ogun state- HITTY Signature. Why fashion designing?  "Growing up, I was always very interested in dressing well so I would watch a lot of fashion shows, and I was inspired to start sketching even when I didn’t know how to sew .I find inspiration in almost everything – places, music, books, people. I became a designer because I love creating beautiful things". What were the challenges you faced starting up? "My biggest challenges were time, money, competition on price, management skills and availability of fabric and Design copy cats. Student Rights  are those rights, such as civil, constitutional, contractual and consumer rights, which regulate students rights and freedoms and allow students to make use of their educational investment.
