      NEED FOR WELL-REGULATED TIMING ON CAMPUS By Olympus Ade-Banjo "Time is what a man has to start his vision with when he has nothing else"        I like to talk about individual and national cumulative development but the essence of time is most pivotal in all physical consideration with regards to Success.         I remember before Campus, my friends and I had lots of prospects to life, gifts we wanted to explore but then something changed, we gained admission and the dreams early turned from 'getting good grades' to 'not failing' and finally  'getting outta here'.        The present campus culture of lack of order and accurate time management is one of those factors that undermines the potential, productivity and survival of students. My childhood friend, Lekan, who schooled in Cyprus told me "when class is scheduled 10am -12noon on the timetable, you can plan your day accordingly because it cannot be changed or extended without due
